Hydrogen Production Diodes With Spatial Energy Coherence (SEC) Exciter

Dr. Ronald R. Stiffler's Spatial Energy Coherence (SEC) Hydrogen Production Diodes.

Watch this video of Dr. Stiffler demonstrating his system...

What is actually being claimed here is that energy being produced can be higher than the energy being used. This is exhibited by the diodes performance independent of the current applied to the SEC exciter. Which means the process can self-loop, utilizing the excess energy for other practical use. Or, what I could logically deduce is that, the 12 volt battery can be compensated back with the energy produced by increasing the number of diodes performing electrolysis on distilled water via inductive coupling.

Here's what Dr. Stiffler is using for his system

  • 12-volt lead-acid batterySEC 18-1 Exciter Series available primarily for Research and Development.
  • the standard L3
  • a standard test lead with an alligator clip
  • a piece of ¼-inch copper tape wrapped around the bottom of the glass test tube.
  • 1N4148 diode stuck on a rubber foam inside the test tubetest tube filled with distilled water

As you can see in the video there are no physical connections to the diode whatsoever

Note from Panacea-BOCAF On-Line University - "SEC Exciters (Do Not) create energy; they do not amplify energy either. Think of an Exciter as causing a door to open slightly and allowing a natural energy to leak through into the circuit."

"Spatial Energy Coherence (SEC) theory by Dr. Stiffler covers the coherence, capture, recovery and utilization of energy released and transformed from the Localized Energy Lattice (LEL) as a result of excitation by one or more (SEC) Exciters. The LEL is defined as "an ordered wave structure, which is the underlying fabric and controlling source of the Universe -- the conduit through, which all energy manifestation and conversion takes place." From PES Network.

Here's a video - a replication of Dr. Stiffler's experiment of Hydrogen Production Diodes using 4 diodes this time.

"The composite photocatalyst of this new configuration exhibited a high rate of hydrogen production under visible light irradiation (λ ≥ 420 nm) from water containing sulfide and sulfite as hole scavengers. The photocatalytic diode system formed with n- and p-type semiconductors results in efficient charge separation..."
