hydrogen in a gas grid for heat, light and cooking in 3rd world

In many parts of the world fuels for cooking, light power etc are growing scarcer and more distant to retrieve. Low velocity streams can be harnessed to make enough electric power to make hydrogen with constant flow(no storage) into a gas grid in a village or neighborhood setting. Key is low cost,durable,manageable micro-hydro turbine,and same for hydrogen generator.
