for standard electrolysis, i found that putting the electrodes together increases gas production.
your circuit is using two frequencies in the circuit to replicate the MEYER fuel cell, the lower frequency is intended to vibrate the electrodes (meyer got that idea from the Andrija Puharich patent which needed user to hit the electrodes in order to make gas) the higher freq is intended to viabrate the molecule at a destructive freq (like with earthquakes, some buildings fall, others intact) therefore getting more out then in and powering a car. one replication is the "Ravi Cell" which produces 40.2W of hydrogen for the price of 6.12W.
whenever you have someone questioning thermodynamics there are others who will comment doubting you can do that so you may get more posts.
opinion of circuit:
it should not reset the High freq 555 (pin 4), as there may be some resonance left in molecules and you will want to restart the freq at the right place of vibration. instead just mute it.
inductor/transformer in the circuit:
A)meyer used two inductors, a fast diode and a transformer
B)the inductors need to be tuned to the freq to produce the indictive pulse at the correct time (the delays in L-C resonant circuits). since you are expirimenting, i would suggest dropping the inductors, you will have to pulse 2x as fast tho
my theory:
when the transformer's inductance gets charged up and the power then cut the power needs to go somewhere, if it has nowhere to go the voltage increases untill it has somewhere to go (even a spark, like in a motor). because there is no electrolyte in a Meyer cell the resistance is high and the water is exposed to high voltage. as you know with high voltage if it is high enough it will cause your hairs to rise when you take your jumper off, well even tho the voltage is not that high it still pulls on the water molecule, and when the charges are applied at resonance it should dismantle the molecule.

some people use regular electrolysis (not MEYER's) with some electrolyte (KOH is best as it dont react) to get more output at higher amps and this is sufficient to put into the air intake to get more power. in cars with computers, the computer sees the extra oxygen and puts more fuel in using more fuel then saving it. you can get 50% (maybe more) distance with the fuel cell (adding some to diesels should be ok if no computer) and i have a theory why: the Hydrogen burns faster so the entire chamber is ignighted from one side to the other faster and also the "pre ignigion" heats up the fuel vaporizing the fuel droplets (as the vapor burns not the droplets).
at one time there were 200MPG carbys which vaporized the fuel but the oil industry added some crude so they would gunk up now.
the GEET system is another unusual one and it plasmafies the fuel literally decomposing it so you can even run an engine on picklejuice and windex, or even just plain crude (clean exhaust), however i have a feeling that it also emits X-Rays due to the air gaining static electricity from friction and getting ionized.
i have heard a few people with electrolyte in their cells that have run a car with it and little/no fuel, its probably from good mixing.

i cant guarentee all is 100% right, but i am still learning and i havnt tested my circuit yet. my circuit is included, havnt tested it yet tho, it fixes the problem said before and switches the HF off instead of resets.
